I have many years experience running workshops for young people and adults. From 2004-2008 I was Associate Director of Youth Music Theatre: UK www.ymtuk.org
In all my workshops I support creative aspirations. I encourage experimentation and innovation and ensure that risk-taking and mistake-making are seen as valuable elements in the learning process. My teaching tends to focus on improvisation, physical theatre and expressive movement, and often involves questioning boundaries and sharing experiences openly with one another. The creative development of each individual is my mission and creating a safe space within which to work is central.

I was part of the team running the National Theatre's Next Generation programme of workshops.
I have also worked with disadvantaged young people, led-cross-community projects in Northern Ireland, and devised projects for young carers in Scotland.
